How much should I expect to pay? Hourly or ad hoc support starts from £40 per hour. If you're looking for regular support, I offer tailored packages to suit your specific needs and goals. For social media services, I offer flexible package rates depending on the level of support you need, whether that’s content planning, posting, engagement, or all of the above. I’ll always be upfront about costs, and we’ll agree on everything in advance so there are no surprises.

How quickly can I get started with The Help Den? Once we’ve had a quick discovery call to understand your needs, and onboarding is complete, I can usually begin supporting you right away. I keep the process simple and efficient so you can get the help you need, fast. Whether it’s an urgent task or the start of a longer-term partnership, I’ll make sure everything is set up smoothly so we can hit the ground running.

Does The Help Den help with short term projects? Absolutely. I’m available for both short-term projects and ongoing support, whatever suits your needs best. Whether it’s a one-off task, holiday cover, or an extra pair of hands during a busy period, I offer reliable, flexible support that delivers results without the long-term commitment. You’ll get the same level of care and attention, no matter the size or length of the project.

How will my sensitive information be managed? Trust and confidentiality are at the heart of everything I do. The Help Den follows strict data protection practices to ensure your information stays safe and secure at all times. Whether I’m handling client details, financial data, or internal documents, you can rest assured your information is treated with care, discretion, and professionalism. If needed, I’m happy to sign NDAs or work within your existing systems and protocols to give you complete peace of mind.

Is all work remote or can we meet? The Help Den primarily offers remote support, which works seamlessly for most clients and allows for flexibility and quick response times. That said, I understand the value of in-person connection when it really counts. If there are key dates, meetings, or events where being on-site adds value, I’m happy to be there, travel time and expenses can be agreed in advance. It’s all about what works best for you.

Will I always work with the same person? Yes! You’ll be working directly with me. I personally handle all client work, so you’ll have consistent, reliable support from someone who really understands your business. If anything ever changes in the future as The Help Den grows, I’ll always keep you in the loop and ensure any transition is smooth and fully agreed in advance.

What’s the onboarding process like? It’s simple and straightforward. We start with a free discovery call to understand your needs. Then I’ll guide you through onboarding, including agreeing on scope, tools, timelines, and priorities.
