A Bit About Me
Originally from County Antrim, Ireland, I now live in Surrey with my husband and two boys. We're a busy household where sport, outdoors, and community are what keep us going.

I'm often participating in or cheering on from the sidelines at sporting events, or at our local allotment. I coach youth Gaelic Football and I'm working with a team on a new hurling and camogie project in South London. In 2018, I founded a Netball Club that's grown into something special, bringing women together—friendships and support that extend far beyond the court. I also led a project to install free-to-use netball courts in my village, ensuring everyone has access regardless of circumstances.

In 2024, this work was recognised when I was shortlisted for the Sutton Community Awards Outstanding Health and Wellbeing Award.

Some of my best thinking happens on morning runs. There's something about the rhythm and the headspace that helps me solve problems—both in life and in business.
Why Work With Me?
I bring the same values to your business that I do to my community work: loyalty, reliability, and genuine investment in the outcome.

Discretion and trust aren't just buzzwords for me—they're non-negotiable. I've spent years being the person people count on, whether that's on the netball court or in the boardroom.

When we work together, you get more than tasks ticked off. You get a partner who's genuinely in your corner.
Giving Back
Community isn't just something I talk about it's something I actively support. Through pro bono work with local nonprofits and community groups, I use my skills to help organisations focused on health, wellbeing, and environmental impact.

In 2025, I began supporting JogOn, a national campaign to remove 1 million pairs of shoes from UK landfill. I'm helping spread the word about the campaign and collecting shoes to send their way and continuing that support into 2026.

If you're a community group or nonprofit doing meaningful work, let's talk about how I can help.
