On a personal level
Why me?
As a wife and mother of two boys, I prioritize living life to the fullest, balancing both work and family. We're a sporty family, staying active in our free time. When I'm not at a family sporting event or tending our community allotment, you’ll find me running, playing netball, or coaching underage Gaelic Football. In 2018, I founded a Netball Club that has become a vital community network for women in my area.

Volunteering, community involvement, and helping others are core to my values.

Many of my business ideas come to me while running, so if you'd like to have a running or walking meeting—or need help improving fitness and wellbeing for yourself, your family, or your employees—I’d be happy to assist.
I am a loyal, adaptable professional who values confidentiality and is fully dedicated to finding the most efficient, cost-effective solutions for your business.

Let me take the weight of administrative tasks off your shoulders, so you can focus on boosting productivity, maximising profitability, and driving your businesses growth.
With my support, you’ll streamline operations and free up valuable time to elevate your business.

The Help Den's Commitment to Social Impact & Community Support
At The Help Den, I am deeply committed to the power of community and the positive social impact that giving back can create. As part of my Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, I dedicate time and resources each year to support local organisations and causes that align with my values.

By offering pro bono services to community groups and nonprofits, I contribute to the betterment of our society, helping those who are working hard to improve the environment, health, well-being, and overall quality of life. This commitment not only strengthens the community but also reflects my dedication to creating meaningful, lasting change where it’s needed most. In 2025 I will be helping to promote JogOn, a national campaign to remove 1 million pairs of shoes from landfill in the UK.
